Don’t let the term ‘Boot camp” scare you off. Our T-Fit Boot Camp is for just about anybody aiming to get strong and healthy and improve the quality their life through fitness and nutrition. Whether you are an inactive person interested in getting fit or an athlete looking for a training edge, T-Fit Boot Camp delivers.   Our small group classes help us accommodate all levels, ages and abilities. Not ready for the group fitness classes but want to start on the path to health? Join our weekly group to walk or run the boardwalk. We start off with a brisk walk and then break up into groups.   We usually have a group of walkers and different groups of runners based on pace. Select the link below for additional information.
