The word “fitness” carries a different definition for everyone. For some, it may mean working out to lose or maintain weight. To some it may be a means to keep up an active lifestyle. But to others it means a way of life, and that is what fitness means to me.

My name is Loretta and I am a personal trainer, a group fitness instructor, Level I Triathlon Coach, endurance athlete and entrepreneur. But all of this is not a lifestyle that has been the core of my life forever – I worked in corporate for an international company for 25 years, was a fairly heavy smoker and was not really focused on my health. All of this passion for health and fitness only started 12 years ago when I was in my mid-forties and needed to do something to combat weight gain once I quit smoking. Twelve years and big changes in not just my body, but my mindset have brought me to this point that I completed several Ironman triathlons, marathons, and numerous other races. The most important lesson that I have learned during this whole journey, which I hope others can realize is this: IT IS NEVER TOO LATE TO START.

I believe that being healthy involves both your physical being and your spiritual being. When both are in-line we have more energy, confidence, manage stress better and live happier, more successful lives. We are able to imagine and believe the possibilities available in our life.

I am very fierce about my health and I know my passion and purpose in life is coaching others so they can learn how to live a healthier and more active life. I do this by keeping it simple and efficient when educating proper nutrition with clean eating, proper supplements, physical activity for the body and having a positive mental focus. All of these help us be in a peek state and help maintain long term results.
